Refuge Malga Mine

Rifugio Malga Mine sits at 1314m in the Lombardy Alps, accessible via hiking routes through the Val di Mello and surrounding valleys. The rifugio operates year-round and offers simple accommodation with shared dormitory beds and private rooms where available. Meals focus on traditional Alpine fare—pasta, risotto, and local cheese—sourced from nearby farms. Facilities include a basic bathroom setup and a common room with a wood stove. Maximum capacity runs to around 30 guests. Half-board packages (bed plus dinner and breakfast) are standard; packed lunches available on request. Water comes from the mountain spring.
