About
The hut holds 50 beds across simple dormitory rooms. Half board (dinner and breakfast) is standard; packed lunches available for summit days. The kitchen serves traditional Trentino fare. Showers and toilets are basic but functional. The rifugio opens year-round except for short maintenance periods in May and November. The hut manager can advise on conditions for climbs to Cima d'Asta (2,847m) and traverses across the Val di Non massif.
Book direct by phone or email 2–3 weeks ahead for weekends and July–August. Midweek slots are usually available on shorter notice. The hut is popular with families in summer and with ski mountaineers in winter, so July weekends fill quickly. CAI members receive small discounts. Access is straightforward but the road to Livo can be rough after heavy rain.
