About
The rifugio has 26 beds split across several rooms. Half-board is available—meals are simple and filling, designed to fuel early starts. Running water and heating are standard. The hut operates year-round, though winter access depends on snow conditions and you should confirm beforehand. It's managed by CAI (Club Alpino Italiano) and serves hikers year-round, though the busiest season runs June through September.
Book directly by email or phone at least 6–8 weeks ahead for July and August weekends. The hut fills quickly during peak season because it's one of few overnight options in this part of the park. Outside summer, booking 2–3 weeks ahead is usually sufficient. Confirm opening dates in shoulder seasons (May and October) before planning your trip.
