The refuge is tiny: 4 beds total across basic dormitory space. Expect a hut with minimal amenities. There is no piped drinking water, no showers, and no flush toilets—this is genuine mountain shelter, not comfort lodging. A simple stove heats the space in cold months. The hut operates seasonally; check opening dates with the managing club before planning your trip. Meals are not provided, so bring all food and fuel. The location works well for hikers and mountaineers using it as a base for traverses or alpine climbing in the region.
