Refuge la Roselette
4.3About
The hut holds 28 beds spread across small dormitories. Meals are available on a half-board or full-board basis; the kitchen serves hearty food designed for the next day's walking. Hot showers and basic bunkhouse facilities are standard. The refuge operates seasonally from mid-June through early September, closing during winter and spring snowmelt. Water comes from mountain sources, and the hut has no electricity from the grid—heating is wood-fired.
Book directly by email or phone, especially if you're visiting in July or August when weekend slots fill fast. Aim to contact the hut at least 4–6 weeks before your planned dates during summer. Many hikers use this refuge as a stopover on longer Vanoise crossing routes, so availability can tighten during peak season. Confirm your arrival time and any dietary requirements when you book.
