Baita del Lago

Baita del Lago sits at 1,713m in Lombardy, serving as a base for hiking and mountaineering in the surrounding peaks. Reach it on foot from the valley below—expect 2–3 hours depending on your starting point and snow cover. The hut sleeps 8 across simple rooms. You'll cook for yourself in the small kitchen, so bring food and fuel with you. Water comes from the mountain.
