About
The rifugio operates year-round and has capacity for 40 guests. Half-board is standard—expect simple but adequate meals. Dorms and a handful of private rooms are available. Water comes from a spring nearby. The hut has no electricity generator, so charging devices is not reliable; bring headlamps. Wi-Fi is not available. The kitchen team prepares hearty Alpine fare suited to walkers, and the bar serves hot drinks and beer.
Book directly by phone well ahead if you're planning a summer weekend visit. July and August fill quickly, especially Friday to Sunday. The CAI manages the hut, so contacting via cai.it or calling ahead is essential. Winter access depends on snow cover; confirm conditions before traveling in December through March.
