About
The rifugio has 12 beds split across simple shared rooms. Half-board (bed and dinner) is standard. The kitchen provides straightforward mountain food—expect pasta, polenta, local cheese, and whatever game or produce is in season. There's no electricity beyond basic lighting, and water comes from a spring. The hut runs year-round, though winter visits need advance notice. Showers are cold or absent; plan accordingly.
Call ahead to book. July and August fill quickly; aim for 4–6 weeks ahead if you want weekends in high summer. June, September, and early October are less crowded and often have better weather. The hut is family-run and takes reservations by phone only—no email or online booking system. Confirm your arrival time and any dietary requirements when you call.
