The kitchen serves three meals daily; half-board is standard. Water comes from snowmelt and stored reserves. Toilet and shower facilities are basic but functional. Winter access depends on snow conditions—contact the hut directly before attempting visits November to March. The hut maintains good standards for mountaineering parties preparing for early starts.
Book directly with the hut by email or phone at least 4 weeks ahead for July and August. July weekends fill completely. The SAC (Alpenverein) and CAI maintain reciprocal agreements offering 10% discounts on accommodation. Phone ahead if you plan to arrive before 2pm to confirm meal timing. The hut sits on the Adamello crossing route, so expect company during peak season.
