The hut operates year-round but is most reliably staffed May through October. Winter access depends on snow conditions and warden availability. Meals are typically not provided; bring your own food. The hut has no electricity or heating beyond a wood stove.

Phone contact is your only booking method—arrive early in the day if you plan to stop by without reservation. The hut is run by volunteers so expect basic service and limited amenities.
