Refuge Göi del Cà

Rifugio Göi del Cà sits at 1150m in the Val Bregaglia, on the border between Switzerland and Italy. The hut is a 2-hour walk from Soglio, following the mule track that climbs steadily through larch forest and alpine meadow. You can also approach from Bondasca valley to the north. The location puts you on the main route between Soglio and the higher valleys, making it a natural base for exploring this corner of Graubünden.
The refuge has 25 beds in shared rooms. The SAC-affiliated hut serves simple dinners and breakfasts, though you should confirm meal availability when booking. Water comes from the spring; toilets are basic but functional. The hut opens from June through September, depending on snow conditions. Winter access is not reliable. This is a working mountain hut, not a hotel—expect communal dining and straightforward facilities.
