Rifugio de Alexandris – Foches Al Laus sits at 1,900m on the border between France and Italy in the Alpes-Maritimes. The hut is reached from the Vallée de la Roya, typically via the Foches Col approach. Most trekkers approach from the Italian side via Piena or from France through the Vallée des Merveilles area.
