The Tölzer Hütte sits at 1,825m in the Benediktenwand group south of Bad Tölz in the Bavarian foothills. Reach it from Bad Tölz via the Kesselberg valley in 2.5 to 3 hours on a well-marked trail. The hut serves as a base for day walks across the surrounding limestone ridges and connects to routes into the higher Karwendel to the south.
