This is a basic mountain shelter, not a staffed hut. It offers emergency accommodation and serves as a working base for alpine climbers tackling the surrounding rock and mixed terrain. The bivouac has minimal facilities—expect a roof, walls, and sleeping space on a first-come basis. Bring your own sleeping bag, food, and water. There is no electricity, heating, or catering. The shelter stays open year-round, though winter access depends on snow conditions and your own winter mountaineering skills.
