Blejska Koča na Lipanci sits at 1630m on the northern slopes of Lipanci in the Julian Alps, above the Bled valley. You reach the hut on foot from Bled town in 2.5–3 hours via the marked trail through beech forest and alpine pasture. The hut is also accessible from Ojstrica (45 minutes) if you want a shorter approach. The location works well as a base for day hikes to Triglav, Stol, and other Julian peaks, or as a stopping point on longer traverses.

The PZS-run hut has 43 beds split across shared dormitories. Meals are available daily during the season: expect simple, hearty food—soups, stews, bread—typical of mountain hut cooking. The hut has a small restaurant area and outdoor terrace with views down the valley. Toilets are indoors. There is no hot shower, though water is available. The hut operates year-round but services are reduced in winter; check ahead if visiting December–February. Mobile signal is unreliable.
