Reach it from the Pokljuka side in 2.5 hours from Jezero parking, or from Goreljek in 3 hours. The hut is also a waypoint on longer ridge traverses connecting the northern Julian Alps. The hut manages 80 beds across multiple rooms. Half-board (dinner and breakfast) is standard; the kitchen serves hearty mountain food.
